Set on the Riversdale Beach coast, our transportable wood-fired sauna is built to go wherever the view is best — the public beach at Riversdale Beach, or right outside your Bach door.

Stoke the fire, let the heat build, step into the cold waves, then back in again. It's a simple ritual, heat, cold, repeat - designed to reconnect you with the land, the sea and yourself.

We Fire it up

Our handcrafted Roaring Meg sauna fire gets the sauna to temperature before you arrive.

Settle in

An hour of heat, essential oils, and sea air — in and out as you please.

Cool Down & Recharge

Finish with a complimentary post-sauna electrolyte drink.

Public or Private, Your Hour to Sweat

Public Session

$30 per person

Join an hour long public sauna session at Riversdale Beach. Up to seven people in the sauna for each session.

NODE electrolyte drink included for post sauna hydration.

Private Hire

$210 per session

Have the sauna to yourselves (up to seven people) for a full hour. NODE electrolyte drinks included for post sauna hydration.

FAQs

Each session runs for a full hour — plenty of time to heat up, sweat it out, step into the sea air, and cool down at your own pace.
- Togs
- 2x towels (one to sit on in the sauna and the other to dry off post plunge)
- A water bottle
- Sandals or jandals
- A warm layer for after your session
Please leave any valuables (necklaces, watches, smart watches etc.) at home.
Public sessions ($30pp) are shared with fellow sweaters on a scheduled slot. Private hire ($210 per session) gives your group the sauna to yourselves for the full hour.
The sauna runs rain, wind or shine. If we need to cancel due to extreme weather (e.g., high winds, storm activity), you will be offered a full refund or free reschedule.
Yes, we'd recommend it. Sessions are limited and fill quickly, especially over weekends or busy holiday periods. You can book a public or private session by following this link.
Our wood-fired sauna is heated to around 85–90°C, creating a traditional, deeply warming sauna experience.
The temperature may vary slightly throughout your session as the fire is stoked and the sauna heats naturally.
For public sessions, you can reschedule or cancel your sauna booking up to 12 hours before your sauna time to receive a refund. There are no refunds for no shows.
For private sauna bookings, we require 24 hours notice for a change or cancellation in order to receive. a refund. Please see our full Booking Terms and Conditions here.
Our sauna is parked up at the Southern End of Riversdale Beach. You can find the Google Maps link here.
There is limited car parking available and also public toilets at the Southern End of the beach.
